Fabulous eaters, who doesn't love bacon? Smh, bacon makes my heart sing and throw something sweet and spicy on it and BOOM! Here's a quick recipe for bacon with a twist! I used to make this recipe back in my restaurant days for garnishes and now for brunch. Its perfect for a weekend brunch.. but then again bacon is perfect any time. 

HONEY & SMOKED PAPRIKA BACON
Sliced Bacon

Smoked Paprika

Honey

On a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay bacon flat, about a inch apart. Place another sheet of parchment and another baking sheet, the same size as the first,on top of bacon and cook in oven until bacon is half way cooked, about 8 minutes. Remove top tray and drizzle honey over bacon covering all strips evenly. Sprinkle smoked paprika over bacon and return to oven just until honey bonds to bacon and becomes a little crispy, about 3 min.
